Puppy's Page
| You may be wondering how someone so obviously a horse ended
up with a name like Puppy. I will tell you that I started my life as Sam
and when my Mum found me at an auction on the Mainland it was she who
changed my name. She has always wanted a dog but thanks to the man in her
life she is unable to have one. Luckily she was never told that she
couldn't have a horse so when we met she knew that I was the answer to her
problems. I'm small like a dog and I love to go for walks - hence my name
became Puppy. On a side note, as a direct result of my arrival, people
have learned to be much more specific with my Mum..LOL I started out by helping people with special needs at Nanaimo Therapeutic Riding. Now I visit all types of people from Seniors to very young children as a volunteer with the Nanaimo & District SPCA. |

Puppy is learning how to drive. Actually, Puppy already knows how to drive, he's just waiting for us to catch up!! |
